By using RentReceiptMaker (operated by RentReceiptMaker (operated by [Company legal name], UAE)) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Templates, not legal or tax advice

We provide document templates and record-keeping tools. We are not a law firm or accounting firm, and nothing on this site is legal or tax advice. Landlord-tenant and tax rules vary by state and city; consult a qualified professional for your situation.

2. Honest use only: no false receipts

You may only create receipts that accurately record a payment that actually took place. You must not use the service to:

  • create a receipt for a payment that was not made, or with a false amount, date, payer or payee;
  • back-date or alter a receipt to mislead anyone;
  • impersonate a landlord, property manager, company or other person, or use their name, logo or signature without permission;
  • support a false application, claim or statement to a landlord, lender, employer, court, insurer or government agency (for example to fake rental history, residency, income, tax credits or benefits).

Creating or using a false receipt can be forgery or fraud under state and federal law. We may suspend access, keep relevant records, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Every receipt carries a unique ID and its generation date.

3. Free plan limits

The free plan is limited to 20 receipts per hour per browser to prevent abuse. We may change limits to protect the service.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium is billed in advance monthly or yearly and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days. Prices are in US dollars and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Your content

You own the receipts you create and are responsible for their accuracy. Free-plan receipt data stays on your device; see the privacy policy.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
